Business Development Representative

This is a Business Development Manager role with Aramark in Indianapolis, IN. You'll be working to grow the business from the inside ; not by hunting new logos, but by expanding what we already do for existing clients. It's about deepening relationships, finding new ways to serve them, and making sure their program is profitable and running well.

Your territory is already set. Your clients are already there. Your job is to make something bigger out of it.

What You'll Actually Do

• Build and manage relationships with your existing client base in Indianapolis, IN to support growth initiatives
• Upsell service solutions to target accounts ; either upgrading their current program or selling them something new
• Document every client visit, noting risks, opportunities, and what you plan to do about them
• Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement using the company's sales automation and client management platform

What You Need to Bring

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in selling, marketing, or supervisory/leadership roles ; that's preferred, not mandatory
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• You're organized. You manage your time well. You lead without a title.
• You can talk to clients, their customers, and your support staff without missing a beat
• You handle shifting demands without losing your cool
• You know Microsoft Office ; all of it, not just Outlook
• Contract managed service experience is a nice plus
