What you'll do in this role

This is a part time position at Store #1281 in Indianapolis, IN. You'll work directly with both wholesale and retail customers, figuring out what they need and answering their questions about Sherwin Williams products. You'll recommend the right solutions and handle any customer concerns that come up ; resolving them on the spot. You'll also keep up with product features and make sure the store and its products look their best. And yes, hitting sales goals matters here, so you'll be working toward those consistently.

What you need to bring

• You'll interact with customers, including minors, and handle cash, payments, electronic equipment, personal info, store merchandise, and other items of value. This might happen without direct supervision.
• Because of that access, a criminal history review is required by the company to protect the business, its operations, its reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
• This role is in Indianapolis, IN and requires a bilingual ability (English and Spanish) ; you'll need to communicate clearly in both languages with customers and team members.

Schedule and pay

This is a part time gig, and the starting pay is $15 per hour. The actual wage will depend on things like your skills, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
