I'm hiring a Sales Agent for our AAA club in Huntsville, AL. This is a straight commission role, and your earning potential starts at $100k+ if you're good. We'll give you paid training to get you started.

Your day is about building your own book of business. That means finding leads, following up, and closing deals. You'll need a real drive to hit monthly goals and the discipline to keep your pipeline full. A big part of this is service; keeping the customers you sell happy so they stick around.

What we need from you

• Sales experience is a huge plus.
• You need to be able to get your Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses, and keep them active.
• A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
• You should know your way around a computer and keep yourself organized.
• The offer depends on passing background, credit, and drug screenings.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable record is non negotiable.
• You also have to show proof of auto liability insurance when you're hired.
