About This Role
So you're thinking about real estate, but you're not sure where to start. Maybe you don't have a license yet, or any experience at all. That's actually fine. We're looking for people who are motivated and genuinely like helping others figure out a big life change.
We'll teach you everything. You'll learn how the market works, how to negotiate, and how to guide someone from their first question to handing over the keys. You won't be figuring it out alone; you'll be working with experienced agents who want you to do well.
What you'll do
- Work directly with buyers and sellers, guiding them through the entire process.
- Negotiate offers to get the best possible outcome for your client.
- Your day involves building a network; connecting with new people and staying in touch with past clients.
- A big part of the job is follow up and providing support long after a deal closes.
- You’ll use our software and CRM tools to keep track of leads and manage transactions.
- Researching the local market to understand pricing and trends is a regular task.
What we provide
This is a commission based position. You earn money for each transaction you complete. More work translates directly into more income.
The earning potential is real. After a few years of consistent effort, agents here often make between $50,000 and $100,000 annually. Your income grows as you build your client base.
