Palletizer Operators keep product moving. This role is a critical link in the warehouse and manufacturing line ; you're the one who makes sure finished goods are stacked, wrapped, and ready to ship. Work is physical, hands on, and steady. At facilities around Huntington, WV, Palletizer Operators manage machines or build pallets by hand depending on the setup. You'll operate equipment that stacks boxes or bags onto pallets at high speed. The pace is consistent, but you control it. It's not a desk job and it won't bore you.

Duties & Responsibilities / JobXi / Huntington, WV

• Run palletizing equipment. You'll start, monitor, and stop automatic palletizers or semi automatic machinery throughout your shift. That includes adjusting settings for different product sizes.
• Hand stack when needed. Some orders are too small for the machine. You'll build custom pallets by hand ; properly layering product and stacking to avoid collapse during transport.
• Wrap loads for shipment. Use stretch wrap machines or manual wrapping tools to secure each pallet load so nothing shifts in transit.
• Troubleshoot jams quickly. Machines jam sometimes. You pull product out, clear the line, get it running again within minutes without damaging goods.
• Check labels and packaging quality. Look for crushed boxes, loose seals, wrong codes on labels ; anything that would get sent back by a customer gets flagged right then.

• Safely lift 50 pounds repeatedly ; sometimes overhead
• Sit, stand, bend stretch all day on concrete floors (some roles use sit down controls)
