Alright, let's talk about this LVN role. We need someone to cover home health visits in the S/SE Houston area, specifically Pasadena, Pearland, and Clearlake. It's a full time day position.

What you'd be doing

You'd be delivering nursing care directly in patients' homes. Think of it as being the eyes and hands for the care team where it matters most.

• Your core tasks involve wound care and medication administration.
• You'll also provide support during procedures right there in the home.
• A big part of the job is monitoring how patients are doing and letting the RN or provider know right away if anything changes.
• You're teaching patients and their families about their conditions and medications, helping them manage things on their own.
• Everything you do gets documented clearly to keep care safe and consistent.
• And you're never on an island; you're collaborating closely with RNs, doctors, therapists, and coordinators to make sure the plan works.

What you need to bring

The must haves are pretty straightforward. We can't bend on these.

• You need to be a graduate of a vocational school for nursing.
• A current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• You have to have a valid driver's license. You'll be driving to patient homes.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required. If you don't have it at hire, you need to get it within your first 30 days on the job.

This is a full time day shift position covering patients in S/SE Houston, Pasadena, Pearland, and Clearlake. You'll be based out of Houston, TX.
