The Gig

Aramark Facilities Management needs an Electrician for the Anheuser Busch Brewery in Houston, TX. This isn't a residential service call gig ; it's a hands on industrial maintenance role inside a production environment. You'll be the person keeping the electrical systems humming so the beer keeps flowing.

What You'll Actually Do

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and industrial equipment ; think wiring, switchgear, transformers, and more
Read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings like it's second nature
Troubleshoot and fix wiring, circuits, lighting systems, and electrical components
Test equipment for voltage, current, continuity, and resistance
Keep switchgear, transformers, meters, and regulators in working shape
Support preventative maintenance programs and keep accurate records
Help install and calibrate industrial instrumentation
Research and source replacement parts when something needs fixing
Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company standards
Jump into continuous improvement efforts to make systems more reliable

Things change in a working brewery, so job duties might shift or new ones pop up without a formal announcement. That's just how we operate.

Schedule & Pay

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Consistent daytime hours. The pay lands between $31.00 and $34.00 per hour, depending on your experience, licensing, and overall skills.

What You Need to Bring

1 to 3 years of experience in industrial or process driven electrical maintenance
A Journeyman Electrician License ; or something higher ; is required
You can read and interpret technical drawings and specifications without help
Solid understanding of electrical systems, installation, and safety standards
Comfortable troubleshooting and working on your own
You communicate well and work fine with others on a crew

Where You'll Be Working

This is an industrial brewery environment. That means physical work ; lifting, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. You'll use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and might wear a uniform. You follow safety and operational procedures, no exceptions.
