The Job
HCA Houston Healthcare West needs a CT Technologist for a PRN role in Houston, TX. If you're a registered tech who wants flexibility without sacrificing the quality of your work, this might fit.
What You'll Actually Do
- Get patients ready for CT exams ; explain the procedure and make sure the technical quality is right.
- Keep your skills current by meeting mandatory and continuing education requirements.
- Use your medical terminology knowledge to work accurately within the Imaging Department.
- Work as part of the imaging team to meet the department's daily needs.
What You Need to Bring
- An Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSRT degree in Radiologic Technology.
- A current MRT/TMB license from the Texas Department of Health.
- A current ARRT(R)(CT) registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- A current BLS certification from either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
The Schedule
This is a PRN position. That means you pick up shifts as needed ; no set weekly commitment. It's built for flexibility.

They're a Certified Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission and have an affiliation with The Woman's Hospital of Texas.
