You're accountable for hitting revenue, margin, and gross profit targets ; the ones your Sales Director sets. You'll analyze territory performance quarterly and monthly, figure out if local programs are worth the spend, and help decide ROI on focused initiatives. When things get messy with key accounts in the region, you step in with conflict resolution and remove whatever's blocking performance. And you'll stay ahead of the competition by spotting market trends in product categories, geographic regions, and across your entire account base.

- You must be at least 21 years old
What the Physical Side Looks Like

You might walk, bend, reach, stand, or stoop occasionally. And the work week will often go past 40 hours ; mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. Every now and then you'll lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 40 pounds.
