About This Role
What you'll be doing
You're the first and last person a guest sees when they arrive. The job is straightforward: park cars, keep traffic moving, and make sure people feel taken care of. It's physical work in an outdoor lot, rain or shine, for extended periods.
- Direct the flow of traffic in the valet area

- Spot anyone parking illegally and move those vehicles into storage immediately
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude
- Help guests load and unload their belongings
- Collect keys from each guest and keep them secure
- Watch for peak times when traffic backs up and relay that information so extra help can be called in if waits get long
- Tally tips accurately and split the tip pool fairly among the team
- Take payments from guests for valet service and issue receipts
- Reconcile daily revenue ; count what came in, report it correctly
- Predict when you'll run low on coins or currency and reorder before you run out
- Drive every vehicle safely ; obey all traffic laws, facility policies, and pedestrian rules whether it's an automatic or a manual transmission
- Sweep your work area at the end of shift so it stays clean of debris
Schedule & Pay
