Merchandiser

What you'll do

You're the one who makes sure our drinks are on the shelf and looking good. This is a field job, driving your own car to grocery stores and other retail spots all over Honolulu, HI.

Your day starts early, sometimes at 6 or 7 in the morning. You'll work about 8 to 10 hours a day, five days a week. The schedule includes both Saturday and Sunday, with your two days off falling somewhere in the middle of the week.

• Travel your assigned route to check product levels, stock shelves, and make sure displays are set up right.
• Rotate product so the freshest stuff is always in front.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor. You'll use equipment like a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Keep backstock areas neat and organized; it helps with inventory and freshness.
• A company phone or device tells you where to go next and tracks your progress.
• Use our systems to check out from each store and upload photos of your work.

The basics we need

This isn't an entry level gig where you have zero experience. We need someone who's held a job before and knows how to show up ready to work.

• You need at least six months of general work experience under your belt.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or meet your state's legal age requirement).
• A reliable personal vehicle is non negotiable. You're driving it every day for work.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Your auto insurance has to meet minimum coverage amounts set by the state and our company.
• The job is physical. You're regularly lifting, pushing, and pulling between 25 and 50 pounds. Handling kegs or moving full pallets can mean dealing with up to 170 pounds.

A couple things that would be nice

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not an absolute deal breaker if you've got solid experience.

The deal

The starting pay is $23.00 an hour. There's overtime potential on top of that. And since you're using your own car, we cover mileage and give you a monthly reimbursement for it too.
