- Provide incident notifications to government representatives.
- Maintain enterprise situational awareness by attending daily operational briefings and sync meetings aligned to the West time zone.

- Collaborate closely with other Enterprise Operations Managers, the NOC Lead in Meridian, ID, and the Pearl Harbor NetOps Site Lead.
The background you'll need
The work here is specific. You need a solid technical foundation paired with proven experience in large scale DoD operations management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT discipline plus 8 12 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6 10 years of experience. Relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
- You must have prior experience within large DoD Enterprise Operations capabilities.
- Experience leading at least 5 IT professionals across multiple geographically dispersed locations is required.
- The ability to work independently to assess and assign tasks ranging from simple to highly complex is essential.
