About This Role
What this role pays
Earning potential sits between $150,000 and $300,000 annually. That's on a commission structure. For your first 90 days, you earn 9% pre tax commission on every job sold. After 90 days, that bumps up to 10% pre tax commission. And all your appointments are company generated and scheduled. You don't cold call anyone.

What you'll actually do
First, you'll go through Kohler's specific sales training. That's mandatory. Then you meet with potential clients inside their homes, showing them our products and explaining how our services work. You'll give timely presentations, write accurate estimates, and keep detailed documentation for every job. The goal is to become a professional expert and deliver customer service that gets people coming back for repeat business. Expect to work weekday evenings and Saturdays.
What you need to bring
- Previous success doing in home sales. If that experience is in home improvement, even better.
- High professionalism and strong closing skills.
- You communicate well, listen carefully, and can connect with all kinds of personalities without trying too hard.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office. And you have your own laptop or tablet.
- You're comfortable learning new mobile tech and you can drive to customers' homes anywhere in the state.
- A willingness to keep learning and getting better at what you do.
- A valid driver's license.
