The Opportunity

There's a long established, multi doctor private practice in Hartford, CT looking for an Associate General Dentist. This isn't a corporate mill. It's a legacy practice that's been around for a while, recently renovated, and fully digital throughout the patient workflow. They want a strong general dentist, or someone exceptional who wants serious mentorship. The team is experienced, supportive, and they take clinical excellence seriously.

Smile design and aesthetics are a big part of how they treatment plan here. That means you'll get into orthodontics (Invisalign and traditional), implant prosthodontics, and even implant surgery. You'll also keep developing in operative dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, and diagnosis. It's a collaborative environment with multiple doctors and specialists on complex cases.

The office sits about 2.5 hours from NYC and 1.5 hours from Boston. A solid Western Massachusetts location.

What You'll Actually Do

• Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• General and restorative dentistry at a high level
• Participate in smile design and aesthetic focused treatment plans
• Collaborate with specialists and the multi doctor team on complex cases
• Keep accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Build real, long term, trust based relationships with patients

What You Need

• A DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• An active Massachusetts dental license
• A solid clinical foundation and a real desire to keep learning
• Good communication skills and a patient first mindset
