What This Registered Nurse Role Looks Like

This is a job for a nurse who wants to do real, hands on work in rehabilitation. You're not just passing meds and moving on. At Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greenville in Greenville, SC, you'll supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns directly. You'll build meaningful relationships with patients and their families ; understanding their unique needs so you can help them through recovery. And yeah, you'll celebrate the victories and milestones they hit along the way.

You'll collaborate across departments to keep care coordinated. When a complex situation comes up, you're the person other staff turn to for support. Sometimes you step in and provide direct patient care yourself.

What You Need to Bring

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
• CPR certification (ACLS is preferred)
• CRRN certification is preferred
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
