The Role
Whether you're a seasoned RN or a new grad just starting out, this role is about delivering excellent care while supervising day to day work done by nursing assistants. You'll build real bonds with patients, residents, and the people you work with. There's a $10,000 sign on bonus attached to this, plus new wages.
What You'll Actually Do
- Provide direct, compassionate care to patients and residents, keeping quality at the highest level.
- Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate within Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, plus whatever the Director of Nursing requires.
- Make sure all nursing personnel assigned to you follow the facility's written policies and procedures.
What You Need to Bring
- An active RN license in the state where you live.
- A current CPR certification that's still active.
- A customer service mindset that works well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy ; you'll need to juggle multiple projects while keeping quality and productivity high.
- Solid technical, assessment, and documentation skills, plus the ability to keep things confidential.

Pay
Up to $43.79 per hour.
