The Job
This is a Cardiac Monitor Technician II role with Cone Health in Greensboro, NC. You'll be the person watching the screens, reading the squiggly lines, and catching what matters before it becomes a problem.
What You'll Actually Do
- Watch and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients in a healthcare setting, working with limited supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to analyze cardiac data and spot abnormalities or changes that need attention or intervention
- Operate and maintain cardiac monitoring equipment so it's always accurate and reliable for patient assessment
- Process recommendations from healthcare professionals for further evaluation or treatment, making sure timely communication and follow up happens
- Take on other duties as they come up
What You Need to Bring
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of prior cardiac monitoring or completion of a Cardiac Monitor Technician Program, plus a passing score on the Cone Health Cardiac Monitoring Interpretation Test (that test is administered by your future leader before any offer is made)
