All Star Automotive is part of Hudson Automotive Group, and we're growing. We need a sales consultant for our dealership in Greensboro, NC.
This isn't just another sales gig. You're guiding people through one of their bigger purchases. It's about building a process that feels good for them and works for you. If you've done high volume retail or customer service where you had to perform, you'll get it.
What you'd be doing here
- You guide customers from the first hello to the final handshake.
- Selling cars, obviously. But the real work is in managing the experience.
- It's a five day work week, Monday through Saturday. You'll have two days off, but one will be during the week.
- Collaborating with your team is part of the deal. It's not a solo sport.
The kind of person we work well with
You need to be competitive but also willing to listen and adapt. We invest in training, so being coachable matters more than knowing everything on day one.
- A valid driver's license is non negotiable. We'll also run an MVR check.
- You've got a history in customer service or retail sales where your performance stood out.
- Experience in a busy, high volume retail environment is a big plus.
- You know how to read a room and communicate clearly. Emotional intelligence isn't just a buzzword here; you use it.
- You're looking at this as a career, not just a job. There's a defined path here into sales and operations leadership if that's your goal.
