General/Operations Manager

What you'd be doing

You're in charge of everything that happens in that store. The buck stops with you.

• Run the daily operations. That means making sure things are safe, efficient, and we're hitting our service goals.
• You own the store's performance. You'll review financial reports, manage inventory plans, and find ways to control costs and reduce waste to keep us profitable.
• Cash management procedures are on your list too.
• Look at sales and customer trends, then work with other managers to build action plans that get results.
• Drive compliance with all our policies and audits. You'll manage safety programs and look for ways we can always do things better.
• When the company rolls out new initiatives or programs, you're the one who explains the "why" to your team and makes sure they stick long term.
• Build a team culture that's inclusive, focused on winning, and obsessed with good customer service.
• Hire people. Train them. Develop them through coaching and giving real feedback. You'll handle performance management.
• A big part of this is developing future leaders through formal talent processes, training, and solid onboarding.
• The store is open 24/7. You need to make sure it's properly staffed through smart scheduling and managing your resources.
• Listen to customer feedback; good and bad; and resolve issues quickly. Create plans to not just meet but exceed what our customers expect every time they walk in.

The schedule & pay

You need flexible availability. This role requires working various shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. It's full time leadership in a 24/7 environment.

The projected salary range is $75,000-$90,000 per year. That figure is based on position experience level location specifics.
