Let's talk about the job

We're hiring Restaurant Crewmembers in Gainesville, FL. This is an all hands on deck kind of role. You'll be taking orders, running the cash register, cleaning dining areas, and helping keep the kitchen moving. It's a physical job where you're on your feet, working directly with customers and your team to get things done right.

The starting pay is $17.50 per hour. And it's entry level; we don't require any previous restaurant experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know with paid training.

What you'd be doing

• Take customer orders and handle payments quickly.
• Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables and floors.
• Follow all food safety and preparation procedures.
• Work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Show up on time for every scheduled shift.
• Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• The usual restaurant physical stuff: kneeling, bending, reaching overhead, going up and down stairs.

A bit about you

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You're reliable and can manage multiple tasks at once.
• You communicate clearly and work well with others.
• A positive attitude goes a long way here.

The schedule & growth

We need people for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between. The schedule is flexible.

This isn't a dead end job. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through more training, certifications, and performance reviews. We want you to grow if you want to.
