The Role

This is a 13 week travel assignment for an L&D RN in Fresno, CA. The schedule runs 3x12 hour day shifts. $2284 - $2752 per week.

You'll care for women and newborns through labor, delivery, and postpartum. That means administering medications and managing drips ; magnesium, insulin, pitocin. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team across multiple campuses as needed.

Schedule Details

Every 3rd weekend is yours to work. Holiday rotations apply if you're scheduled then. It's not always glamorous, but it's the rhythm of acute care nursing.

What You Need

  • 2 years of experience in this setting
  • Experience in postpartum / mother baby care
  • Labor & Delivery experience that includes both c section and vaginal delivery
  • Intermediate or Advanced EFM / AWHONN certificate
  • Active Iowa license or compact / multistate license
  • AHA (American Heart Association) or ARC (American Red Cross) BLS certification
  • AHA ACLS certification
  • NRP certification
  • At least one completed travel assignment in the last 12 months
