Finance Manager

The Role

This is a Regional Finance Manager position based in Fresno, CA, and it's an in office role. You will lead the entire Finance function for every operational location and account inside the region. That means you'll prepare financial and operating reports, run financial analysis, and take on various financial projects. You'll work directly with senior leaders in Operations and other support teams to push financial results forward while keeping proper accounting practices and internal controls in place.

Compensation & Benefits

The salaried rate for this job is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00. If both numbers happen to be the same, that's what Aramark expects to offer. That's their good faith estimate as of this posting.

What You'll Do

• Work with senior leadership to explain key financial levers and help improve revenues and margins.
• Handle Financial Planning and Analysis ; that includes building and carefully reviewing annual budgets and monthly forecasts for each location.
• Report and analyze financial trends and data, then communicate those findings to the Corporation and Operators.
• Train finance and operations teams on financial know how, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate with clients: attend meetings, make presentations, produce client reports, and deliver what clients need.
• Help with accounting tasks as needed ; cash flow, cash and banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.
• Oversee internal and external audits.
• Keep financial records and reports in line with Aramark's Business Conduct Policy and all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop proformas for new business and revenue growth opportunities.
• Support operations and regional needs as they come up.
• Take on other duties assigned by the Regional Finance Director.
• This role may have physical demands like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. You might also need uniforms or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

What You Need

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive financial experience ; that includes end to end P&L management, balance sheet oversight, and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• 5 or more years of supervisory or management experience, including with direct reports.
• You can work closely with a cross functional team spread across different locations, at every level of the organization.
• You see beyond the spreadsheet ; you use insights and knowledge to drive real financial impact.
• You understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls in a Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• You're organized, manage your time well, and can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once.
• You're driven, a self starter, and you have a passion for the Hospitality Industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• A CPA or CMA is a plus.
