Physical Therapist

The Role

SporTherapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Fort Worth, TX clinic. You'll work in an environment built for high quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. We support clinicians with innovative tools, strong mentorship, and clear development pathways.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands on, patient centered treatment and education
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Who You Are

• A Licensed Physical Therapist (or someone who can get licensure in Texas)
• Someone passionate about evidence based, patient centered care
• A graduate with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited institution ; that's required
• You hold unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure to practice in the State of Texas ; also required
• Both experienced and newly graduated Physical Therapists are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $78,000-$95,000. Sign on bonuses go up to $5,000. Compensation includes productivity incentives, with additional pay opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
