What you'll do

You're the one who makes the map everyone follows. You'll take a project from a concept to a detailed, day by day plan.

• Build and manage the full project schedule for construction jobs in the tech services sector.
• Work directly with project managers and engineers to nail down scope and what needs to happen when.
• Your job includes spotting trouble before it starts; you'll run risk analysis to find potential delays or conflicts in the timeline.
• Track progress against the plan and adjust schedules on the fly to keep things moving toward the deadline.
• Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates on status, risks you see coming, and how you plan to handle them.
• All scheduling work has to line up with our internal policies and any industry regulations.
• You'll live in project management software, using those tools to make schedules as efficient as possible.
• Be a key voice in project meetings whenever the conversation turns to timelines and sequencing.

The background we need

We need someone who's done this before, specifically in construction or a related technical field. It's a specialized role that requires both education and hands on experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or something closely related is required.
• You need at least five years of experience focused on project scheduling.
• Being proficient with standard project management software and tools is non negotiable; you should be comfortable using them daily.
• A solid understanding of how construction projects actually work from beginning to end is crucial.
• A PMP certification or something similar would be a great bonus, but it isn't mandatory.

The practical stuff
