Maintenance Technician

The Job

This is a Maintenance Technician position with Cargill in Fort Worth, TX. You'd be part of their protein and salt business ; the folks who supply food to grocery stores, restaurants, and manufacturers. It's a full time role on the 3rd shift, paying between $31.00 and $38.50 an hour.

What You'll Actually Do

Safety comes first here. That's not just a line ; it's how work gets planned. You'll keep the physical assets running so the people who own and use them stay satisfied. You'll use hand tools to fix and maintain production machinery, perform preventative maintenance, and keep things clean and orderly. Food safety and quality are part of every task, not an afterthought.

What You Need to Have

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• You're at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

What They'd Like to See

• Previous experience at Cargill
• Mechanical, electrical, or electronic maintenance experience
• Welding experience
• At least 6 months of maintenance work in the last 12 months
• 1 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, or a minimum 7 month technical training program
