- Clear communication is non negotiable.
- A big part of the job is building relationships to keep the environment collaborative.
- You own your performance and your outcomes.
- They want people who actively look for ways to make things better for patients.
- Taking charge of your own professional development matters here.
- Being engaged and ready to contribute to the team is key.
What You Need to Bring
A few boxes you've got to check. No way around them.
- A graduate from an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
- Your current Basic Life Support certification needs to be active.
- You must have a current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- A Texas Medical Board State license is required.
A year of work experience is what they'd prefer to see. It's not an absolute must have from the sound of it, but it's definitely wanted.
