
About This Role
Okay, let's talk about this nursing role at Methodist Charlton. It's a part time position on the Women's Services unit, working two 12 hour shifts a week from 7 AM to 7 PM.
The Work
You'd be on a multidisciplinary team in a high tech, busy environment. The unit handles comprehensive robotic gynecological surgery and has obstetric hospitalists on site 24/7. Your focus is on providing the best possible care for those patients.

What You Need to Bring
- Your nursing diploma has to be from an accredited school.
- A BSN is strongly preferred.
- You need a current Texas RN license, or you must be eligible to get one.
- At least six months of previous RN experience in Women's Services is required.
Certs & Credentials
These aren't optional; you need them before you start. Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). And NRP certification is also required.

It's a 314 bed acute care teaching hospital serving several communities in southwestern Dallas County. They've invested heavily in facilities: a newly expanded emergency department, renovated ICU and labor & delivery units, and more. They hold some serious designations; a Level III Trauma Center and a Level II Neonatal ICU; and have earned recognition in cardiac care, stroke, joint replacement, and obviously, women's services.
