What you'll be doing

You're running the hotline or prepping for catering events, whatever the day throws at you. It's hands on from start to finish.

• Dicing, prepping, and cooking food, making sure everything hits the right temperatures.
• You'll be on the grill for chicken, managing the deep fryer, and working the oven.
• Following recipes is a must; consistency matters here.
• Keeping your station clean and organized while you work isn't optional; it's how we operate.
• We follow all sanitation and safety standards to the letter. A safe kitchen is everyone's job.
• Safely using all the equipment; grills, fryers, utensils; is part of the gig.
• The environment is busy. You'll be on your feet for your full shift.
• Sometimes you'll help with ordering and receiving kitchen supplies.
• Friendly customer service for guests comes up now and then, too.

What you need to bring

We're looking for someone who's done this before and has the chops to prove it.

• You need solid, basic knife skills. If you can't dice efficiently, this isn't the spot for you.
• Real experience grilling chicken and operating a deep fryer is required.
• A proven ability to work in a fast paced setting and stand for long periods is essential.
