This is for a Pool Bartender role in Fort Worth, TX. It's a seasonal position where you'll be working outdoors, poolside, making drinks and keeping the energy up. The main thing? You're there to turn sunshine into smiles, one cocktail at a time.

What You'll Actually Do

Craft and serve cocktails, beers, and frozen favorites
Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests lounging poolside
Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and summer ready
Deliver excellent customer service with a smile
Work independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages
Engage with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift

Who We're Looking For

Outgoing personality and love for people
Bartending experience is preferred, but we'll train the right attitude
The ability to multitask in an outdoor setting
Weekend and holiday availability
You'll be on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift
You'll be comfortable reaching, crouching, bending over, and doing other physically strenuous activities as needed
You're okay working in a busy and at times hectic environment

A Few Practical Notes

There may be a specific dress code for this job, but if it's not listed, make sure to wear close toed shoes and pants. For any event handling food, you'll need to follow GMP guidelines ; keep your hair up, fingernails neatly trimmed, and you may be required to cover any facial hair.
