What You'll Do
You'll develop and implement injury prevention strategies looking at ergonomics and behaviors in the workplace. This isn't about reacting to problems after they happen; it's about identifying risks before anyone gets hurt.
Who You Are
- A Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with a current certification
- Someone who communicates clearly and builds trust with people easily
- Able to handle sensitive data with complete confidentiality
- Comfortable taking raw data and metrics and turning them into clear recommendations that make sense
- Organized, good with time management, and can work independently without someone micromanaging you
