The Work

You'd be the RN Team Leader on your unit. That means you're responsible for the quality of clinical care and guiding the direct care staff.

Leading your team to make sure medications, treatments, documentation, family education, and care plans are done right and follow our policies.
Using the nursing process to deliver care and manage each resident's journey from admission to discharge and back home.
Your daily routine includes visiting every resident on your unit to check their physical and emotional status.
When you see a change in condition, you notify the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing.
Identifying problems and emergencies is key; you'll initiate immediate lifesaving measures if a doctor isn't present.
The job also involves administrative work like completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.

What You Need

The qualifications are non negotiable. Here they are.

A current, valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license. You have to maintain it.
A current, valid CPR certification is required.

Schedule & Pay

This is a full time position. You get paid weekly. And we do regular quarterly wage increases; your pay grows with us.
