About This Role

The Job

A CDL Driver and Crane Operator at SRS Building Products in Fort Wayne, IN. You'll pick up building materials and deliver them to job sites, using a crane to unload everything carefully. It's physical work, but you're home every night and you're the face of the company for our customers.

What you'll actually do

  • Assess each job site for safety risks before unloading.
  • Talk directly with customers at the delivery site. You'll answer questions and make sure they're satisfied with the order.
  • Support warehouse and yard maintenance when you're not on the road. That might mean organizing material or helping with inventory.
  • Report to the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager.
