We're hiring for a Labor & Delivery Supervisor in Fort Bliss, TX. If you've been an L&D RN and you're ready to step into a leadership role, this is it. You'll oversee the unit, manage the team, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

The schedule has options. We need people for day shift and night shift. You can work full time, part time, or pick up per diem shifts.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising the Labor & Delivery unit and its nursing staff.
• Coordinating patient care and managing daily operations.
• Serving as a resource and leader for the nursing team on your shift.

Your background

We're looking for nurses with experience in areas like Antepartum, Birthing, Gynecology, or Pelvic exams. If you've held roles like Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Assistant Nurse Manager, Manager, Director, CNO, or even VP of Nursing in these areas, your experience is a perfect fit here.

A few non negotiables:

• You need an RN Diploma or a higher degree from an accredited school.
• An active Texas RN license that's in good standing.

Pay & benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,150 to $98,020 per year. On top of that, we offer a sign on bonus.
