About This Role
What you'll do here
This is a dual role: you're the lead clinician and the clinic manager. You'll treat patients while running the place.
That means your day involves everything from hands on care to staff meetings, budget reviews, and community events. You're responsible for the clinic's quality, its culture, and its success.
- Provide direct patient care and oversee all clinic operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your clinic staff.
- Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling.
- Get the word out through community outreach and marketing initiatives.
The schedule and pay
This is a full time position in Fayetteville, NC.
The salary range is $90,000 to $100,000 per year. That figure includes productivity incentives. And there's an up to $10,000 sign on bonus available.
What we need from you
A few non negotiables to make sure it's a good fit.
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- A current Physical Therapist license in good standing with the state of North Carolina.
- You should be comfortable with Microsoft Office and web based EMR systems.
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting is preferred. If you've managed a team or a clinic before, that's a big plus.
