Clinton Family Dentistry and Orthodontics, backed by North State Dental Partners, needs a General Dentist in Fayetteville, NC. Whether you just finished residency or you've been practicing for years, this practice is worth a look.

It's a busy spot. Established reputation. Strong patient flow. And they've got the full tech stack ; digital office, CBCT, ceph imaging. The hygiene program is solid, which means you get to focus on the dentistry.

What You'll Actually Do

• Treat a diverse patient base ; Medicaid, PPO, and HMO plans ; which keeps production consistent
• Work with modern tech every day, including CBCT and 3D cephalometric imaging
• Rely on a hygiene driven practice model that feeds you a steady schedule of restorative and treatment appointments
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team that wants you to succeed

Schedule

Your week runs Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday is a shorter day, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. No evenings, no weekends. It's a schedule that gives you real balance.

What You Need

This role is open to new grads and experienced dentists. You need a passion for high quality, patient centered care. You should be comfortable working at a solid pace in a team environment. And you should want to keep growing clinically ; they have the tech and the support to help you do that.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base pay or percentage of production ; whichever is higher

Compensation range: $250,000 to $300,000 per hour.
