The Work You'll Do

This is a warehouse role where you're on your feet and the work is physical. You'll handle inbound and outbound tasks ; unloading trucks, sorting products, labeling boxes, replenishing stock, auditing orders, and packing shipments. Getting orders right matters here because customers expect speed and accuracy.

You'll operate computerized scanning equipment throughout your shift. Keeping your workspace clean and organized isn't optional; it's part of staying compliant with OSHA standards and hazardous material requirements. Your supervisor or process manager will give direction, but there's also regular interaction with other team members. And yeah, you might be asked to do other tasks as they come up.

Where You'll Be Working

The location is Fargo, ND. The facility address is 11200 E. 210 Highway, Kansas City, MO 64161.

Night shift runs Monday through Thursday on a 4x10 schedule ; that means four days a week, ten hour shifts. You can start at either 7:00pm - 5:30am or 8:00pm - 6:30am.

What You Need to Bring

• Comfort working on your feet all day in conditions that include heat, cold, noise, dust, moving equipment, and elevated stations
• You're at least 18 years old
• Able to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable receiving feedback and working as part of a team

What Helps But Isn't Required

• Previous warehouse work or retail or customer service experience in busy environments
• A good eye for detail when it comes to quality and safety

The Pay Breakdown

This is an hourly position starting at $20.65/hour. Within your first year you get three raises over twelve months that bring your base pay up to $21.85/hour. On top of that you earn an extra $1/hour if you operate powered industrial equipment (PIE) like Crowns, Pacers, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, Barretsm or Turret Trucks ; plus another $1/hour for working the overnight shift.
