About This Role
What You'll Actually Do Running a Car Wash Site
Each location we operate is its own thing ; a reflection of the service we're proud to offer and the people who make it happen every day. As General Manager, you're the one building and developing the teams that define us. You'll oversee everything at the site level: managing team performance, keeping our top of the line equipment running, and making sure every customer walks away happy.
You'll work directly with your regional Director of Operations to design and implement local sales strategies, optimize how the site performs, and hold your team to our commitment to quality service. Think of yourself as the brand ambassador to your surrounding community ; if you've got a real entrepreneurial drive and want to help grow our presence where you live, you'll fit right in. And the upside is real: our General Managers participate in a bonus program that can push your total earnings to six figures annually.

- Proven ability to lead operations, ideally in a high volume, customer focused service environment
- A genuine commitment to a sales driven culture, with experience leading and training teams to promote sales through excellent customer service
- A talent for optimizing team performance, coaching, and developing people to reach their best
- Understanding of sales and marketing strategies that drive customer growth and boost a site's online reputation
- Skill at adapting quickly when the business needs change ; flexing labor during peak times and keeping the team ready for whatever comes
- Strong communication skills for leading cross functional teams (including contracted services and technical support) toward shared operational goals
- Experience managing and resolving damage claims, overseeing procurement of site supplies, and maintaining high standards for site condition
- A leadership philosophy that's about empowering your team, not micromanaging them
- A passion for community engagement and representing the company through local outreach and marketing
- A drive to keep customer service at a high level, with a track record of building and leading strong, cohesive teams
- Willingness to perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by your supervisor to meet business needs
What a Month in This Role Could Look Like

- You'd represent the company at local events, building community relationships and driving brand awareness
- You'd manage and resolve damage claims, making sure every resolution is swift and fair
- You'd implement targeted sales and marketing strategies that increase local customer traffic and grow membership
- You'd keep the site in "show ready" condition, so every customer experience is exceptional
Even if You're Not a Perfect Match
A lot of people from underrepresented backgrounds don't apply unless they check every box. That's not how we see it. We value diverse experiences and know that's what makes our company shine. If you're eager to learn and grow with us, we want to hear from you ; no matter your background.
