The Job
This is a Shift Manager spot at a fast casual restaurant in Evansville, IN. The people who do well here are the ones who genuinely care about the guest. It's not just about moving food ; it's about making sure every person who walks in leaves with a good experience.
You'll work alongside a team that pushes for the same thing: high standards on service, cleanliness, and getting the job done efficiently. You lead by example, plain and simple.
What You'll Actually Do
- Make sure every guest has a positive, memorable experience ; that's the main thing
- Work with your team to hit daily goals, whatever they are that shift
- Keep the restaurant looking and running the way it should
- Lead by example. Your attitude and work ethic set the tone for everyone else
Schedule & Pay
Starting pay is $18 an hour. Raises kick in after 30 days and then annually after that. You'll work 35 to 40 hours a week, but you need open availability ; that means days, nights, and weekends. Expect 2 to 3 closing shifts each week.
What You Need
- You're at least 18 years old
- 1 to 2 years of food and beverage experience ; that's a hard requirement
- You can work 35+ hours a week and have a flexible schedule
