• Guide the patient through the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and passing along any needs to the nursing team.

What You Need to Bring

• At least one year of verifiable experience helping patients with personal care.
• An eye for detail ; you can follow instructions carefully and jot down notes about a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from care sites in Evansville, IN. That means a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
