Home Health Aide

If you've got a year of experience helping people with personal care, and you're looking for a job that actually respects your time, let's talk. This is for a Personal Care Aide position in Evansville, IN.

What you'd be doing

The work is straightforward but important. You're there to help someone live comfortably at home.

• Help with bathing, grooming, using the toilet, and eating.
• Do some light housekeeping, meal prep, grocery shopping, or run errands.
• Sit and talk. That companionship is a big part of the job.
• Sometimes you'll help schedule appointments or pass information along to the nursing team.

What we need from you

A few specifics are non negotiable for this role. Here they are.

• One full year of verifiable experience assisting patients with personal care tasks.
• You have to be detail oriented; following care instructions and taking notes is part of it.
• A valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Your own reliable transportation to get to and from the client's home.

The practical stuff

We try to make the job work for you, not the other way around. The scheduling here is genuinely flexible; we mean it when we say we support work life balance. You won't be forced into overtime. It's one patient at a time, so your focus stays where it should be. There's also a Daily Pay option if you need access to your earnings before payday.
