What you'll do in this Quality Manager role
You'll work alongside the Quality Management Director to run the Quality Management Program at Las Palmas Medical Center. This isn't a hands off job. You'll be in the middle of it.
- Find opportunities to improve patient care across the hospital
- Plan and lead interventions that actually make a difference
- Evaluate outcomes and make sure improvements stick
- Teach Process Improvement methods and strategies to others
- Take a leadership role in PI activities throughout the facility
What you need to bring
Here's what's required. No shortcuts.
- A BSN is required
- A current Texas or compact state Nursing License
We'd also love to see any of the following ; they're preferred but not mandatory:
- An MSN
- Education experience within the last 3 years
- Clinical experience within the last 5 years
- Solid computer skills with word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to work with people at all levels and from different backgrounds
