Quality Manager

What you'll do in this Quality Manager role

You'll work alongside the Quality Management Director to run the Quality Management Program at Las Palmas Medical Center. This isn't a hands off job. You'll be in the middle of it.

• Find opportunities to improve patient care across the hospital
• Plan and lead interventions that actually make a difference
• Evaluate outcomes and make sure improvements stick
• Teach Process Improvement methods and strategies to others
• Take a leadership role in PI activities throughout the facility

What you need to bring

Here's what's required. No shortcuts.

• A BSN is required
• A current Texas or compact state Nursing License

We'd also love to see any of the following ; they're preferred but not mandatory:

• An MSN
• Education experience within the last 3 years
• Clinical experience within the last 5 years
• Solid computer skills with word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, and presentation software
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to work with people at all levels and from different backgrounds
