The Role

Las Palmas Medical Center is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse for our Medical Renal unit in El Paso, TX. This is the kind of place where you'll have real support ; a strong float pool, solid supply chains, and technology that actually helps you work without getting in your way. You won't be out there on your own.

You'll be caring for patients with complex medical and renal needs. That means administering medications, managing lines and drains, and jumping in on interventions like cardiac monitoring or respiratory support when it's needed. You'll keep a close watch on your patients ; heart rhythm, oxygen levels, neurological signs ; and you'll speak up fast when something shifts. Your notes will be timely and accurate so the whole team can stay coordinated. And you'll help patients and families understand what's happening and what comes next, in a way that actually makes sense to them. You'll work alongside RNs, providers, and specialists to keep people stable and guide them from intensive care toward recovery.

What You Need

• A current LPN or LVN license
• An Associate Degree, Certificate, or Vocational School Graduate diploma
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification ; must be obtained within 30 days of your start date
