What This Role Actually Looks Like

You'll work one day per month at a dedicated ENT surgical site in El Paso, TX. When your cases are done, you're done. No call. No nights. No weekends. That's the whole deal.

AAC Southwest runs an ambulatory only model. You won't see OB, trauma, cardiac, or neonates. The cases are focused and efficient, and the team around you has real experience in this setting. If you want to pick up extra days down the road, that's an option too.

Who They're Looking For

• ABA board certified or board eligible
• Comfortable working in ambulatory settings
• Independent and efficient in your clinical decisions
• Someone who prefers a low commitment schedule that stays low commitment
