The Job in a Nutshell

SPAR is growing our overnight reset and remodel team, and we're looking for people in the Durham, NC area to help remodel the insides of big box retailers. This isn't your average retail job; you'll be working overnights building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures. If you have experience in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor, this could be a solid fit for you. We're after someone who's self sufficient, highly motivated, comfortable with basic tools, and driven to produce high quality results.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Work overnight shifts remodeling big box retail stores.
• Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures from scratch.
• Use Plan O-Grams for every item tagged and approved by store management.
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics as needed.
• Stay on your feet through considerable physical activity ; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds is part of it.

Here's What You Need

Candidates should live within 45 miles of Harleysville, PA. You need reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, a personal cell phone that actually works (it's required), plus an active email address. Steel toed footwear is mandatory on every job site ; no exceptions. A high school diploma or GED? Not listed here; just practical know how matters more.

• Able to stand for shifts lasting at least 8 hours at a stretch.
• Takes direction well on tagging products, rotating stock, placing items on shelves correctly.
• Planogram experience is preferred but not required ; we can train you if you've got the drive.
• Willing to commit consistently to the overnight shift (10pm – 7am Sunday through Thursday).
