Outside Sales Representative

What you'll do

You're in sales. But it's not cold calls or chasing leads.

Your day starts with a team huddle to get prepped and focused. Your appointments are already set for you, starting in the afternoon and running into the evening. You'll meet homeowners at their place, walk them through our roofing solutions, and show them exactly what we offer. You'll use our software to map out their roof from the ground; no climbing up there required, though you might take a peek from a ladder or the attic to check things out.

Then you negotiate and close. It's a one call process.

What you need to bring

• A schedule that works for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
• A driver's license, a reliable car with insurance on it, and the willingness to drive to people's homes.
• That's really it for must haves. No prior sales or construction background is necessary.

The deal

This is a W 2 position. You get paid weekly.

The commission is uncapped. The average sale pays out about $2,500, and that commission hits your account before the job even starts. There are also monthly bonuses on top of that. While results vary, our successful reps typically land between $125,000 and $250,000 a year.

To help you get going, there's a $3,000 Quick Start bonus paid out as you hit early milestones.
