Solutions by Sanford connects nurses with travel staffing roles across the country, often in communities that need your skills the most. This is a registered nurse position based at a medical center in Duluth, MN.

The Work

You'll use the full nursing process; assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation; to provide care. Your day involves collaborating with physicians and other colleagues to plan and evaluate patient care, from health maintenance and diagnosis through treatment and follow up.

You're responsible for patient assessment, education, triage, care coordination, and other nursing interventions. You'll practice within the full scope of your license and knowledge, following age and population specific standards for your clinical setting.

What You Need

• A graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA).
• A current, unencumbered RN license for the state of practice; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• At least one year of experience as an RN.
• At least six months of travel nurse experience.
• You must live at least 60 miles from Duluth, MN.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred but not required.
• You'll need to obtain and keep any required department specific competencies and certifications.

The Details & Benefits

This is a travel contract role. Contracts run for 14 weeks with options to extend or move to another Sanford site afterward.

• The schedule is 36 hours per week on rotating 12 hour shifts.
• The weekly pay rate is $3118; this amount includes your stipend and you're paid weekly.
