Sales Representative

The Role

This is a part time Sales Lead Generator spot with Plumbline Services. You'll be working out of Home Depot in Denver, CO, starting conversations with folks about their HVAC needs. It pays $20 an hour plus commission. The goal is simple: talk to people, generate quality leads, and represent Plumbline well.

If you're looking for a way to earn extra income or want to start a career in the trades, this could be a good fit. There are opportunities down the road to move into an HVAC apprenticeship or an office role.

Schedule and Pay

You'll get $20 per hour plus commission. The schedule is flexible with part time hours ranging from 12 to 30 hours per week. You can create your own shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, but weekends are a must.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing Plumbline inside a Home Depot store in Denver, CO
• Walking around and starting friendly conversations with customers
• Explaining Plumbline's HVAC services and generating client leads
• Carrying yourself with professionalism and energy throughout each shift

What We're Looking For

• You're driven to succeed and determined to make money and move up
• You genuinely like talking to people and aren't shy about starting a conversation
• You're comfortable walking and standing during your shifts
• You've got energy and drive for sales, even if you're just starting out
• You have reliable transportation and the ambition to grow with us
• You're comfortable using an iPhone and apps like WENGEN, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, UKG, and Adobe Fill & Sign
