Plumber

Plumbline Services·Denver, CO

About This Role

Plumber ; Denver, CO

Plumbline Services is looking for experienced, licensed Residential Plumbers who care about their work and the people they do it for. We've got two positions open right now: Service Plumber and Install Technician. If you've been doing residential plumbing for a while and you actually like talking to customers, this might be your spot.

The pay

You can expect to make between $85,000 and $200,000+ annually. It depends on your skill level and how you perform. That's not a typo ; top performers really do clear $200K.

The benefits

  • Employer sponsored health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision for you and your family
  • 401K with a company match
  • Clearly defined career tracks so you know exactly how to move up
  • Ongoing training from HVAC and plumbing professionals who know their stuff
  • A positive work culture ; collaborative, fun, not the usual corporate nonsense

What you'll do as a Service Plumber

  • Diagnose and repair all kinds of residential plumbing issues ; no two days are the same
  • Handle water heater repairs and replacements, leak detection, and fixture installations
  • Deliver genuine 5 star customer service; homeowners should feel like you actually listened to them
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and professional ; including your vehicle
  • Communicate clearly with customers about what's going on in their home

What you'll do as an Install Technician

  • Install complete plumbing systems in residential homes from start to finish
  • Make sure everything meets code requirements and quality standards every time
  • Perform thorough inspections before installations so there are no surprises later
  • Provide accurate installation solutions that make sense for the homeowner's situation
  • Represent Plumbline with professionalism; pride in your work matters here.

The qualifications we need from Service Plumbers in Denver, CO:

A current valid Colorado Residential Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master works too). At least 4 years of hands on residential plumbing service and repair experience ; not just installs. You need strong diagnostic skills; figuring out what's wrong is half the job.

Leak detection experience? That's strongly preferred but not required. You should be sharp with analytical thinking and pay close attention to details without needing someone to double check your work.

A proven record of delivering great customer service on the job is non negotiable. Self motivated people who can follow directions but also work alone without much supervision tend to do well here. You'll need to be okay working overtime some nights or weekends when things get busy. And yes ; this means being physically comfortable working in hot weather, cold weather, rain... whatever Colorado throws at you that day.

The qualifications we need from Install Technicians in Denver, CO:

A current valid Colorado Residential Plumbing License (or Journeyman or Master). You also need at least 4 years of residential plumbing installation experience under your belt.

A strong focus on customer satisfaction matters here; communication is part of the job whether it comes naturally or takes effort. Team oriented attitude goes a long way because installations aren't solo projects most days.

If you've used ServiceTitan software before that's a plus but definitely not required. Your schedule needs flexibility ; overtime availability including nights or weekends sometimes comes up last minute. Same physical conditions apply: varied weather environments don't stop the job from getting done right.

A dedication to quality workmanship along with efficiency counts more than speed alone around here.
