I'm recruiting for a Nurse Manager position in the Operating Room and Surgical departments at a hospital in Denver, CO. This is a clinical leadership role where you'll oversee the daily flow and staff in these critical areas.
They're hiring for all shifts; day, night, and mid. You can find full time, part time, or per diem schedules here.
What You'll Do
You’ll manage the nursing team and operations within the OR/Surgical services. It’s about making sure everything runs smoothly for patients and staff.
- Lead and coordinate the nursing team on your assigned shift.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical operations.
- Serve as a resource and point of escalation for complex cases.
- Foster a collaborative environment that supports high quality patient care.

- Assistant Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse roles
- Clinical coordination or supervisory positions like Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Supervisor, Director, CNO, or VP
- Surgical specialties: CVOR, Neuro, Open heart, Ortho, Pediatric, Robotic surgery, Transplant, or Vascular
- OR functions: Circulate, Scrub, RNFA
- PACU experience
- A role that required being on call
The Must Haves
A few non negotiable items are required before we can move forward.
- A current Registered Nurse license for the state of Tennessee. It needs to be active and without any encumbrances.
- A nursing diploma degree or higher. Your program must have been accredited.
The Details & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $48,920 to $94,690 per year. On top of that base pay, they offer a sign on bonus.
