Memory Care Aide

What This Role Is About

This isn't a typical nursing gig where you're stuck in one building. You're a registered nurse who'll move between assisted living communities, providing clinical leadership and hands on care where it's needed most. It's a role for someone who likes variety, doesn't mind being on the road, and wants to have a real impact across multiple locations.

The position is 100% travel. Preference is for someone based out of Denver, Colorado, but they'll also consider candidates in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Tucson, Houston, or the Seattle area.

Schedule and Pay

You work 10 days on, then 4 days off. It's a flexible setup ; you're paid as needed, so when you're not needed, you're free to recharge or travel yourself. The pay is $50 to $60 per hour, depending on your experience.

What You'll Actually Do

• Lead clinical care and conduct health assessments for residents across multiple communities.
• Work with caregivers, physicians, and families to build personalized care plans.
• Train staff on infection control, medication management, and other best practices.
• Respond to emergencies and take charge during critical health incidents.
• Develop innovative care strategies to improve residents' quality of life.

What You Need to Bring

• An active RN COMPACT license.
• At least 2 years of experience in assisted living.
• Solid clinical skills, plus the ability to communicate and organize well.
• A willingness to travel regularly between communities ; that means a valid driver's license and the ability to fly when needed.
• A compassionate, resident centered approach to care.
